1. About Addlywood

Addlywood LLC (“Addlywood,” “we,” “our”) is a multimedia creative ecosystem dedicated to righteous message-telling, production, and talent development.

Our ecosystem includes:

• Royalty Network – our production powerhouse initiative providing multimedia and creative services
• Spread Love with Light – a faith-based talent curation and community initiative

By using our website, services, or participating in our events, you agree to these Terms.

2. What We Offer

Addlywood provides:

• Multimedia production (film, photography, digital content)
• Creative direction and consulting
• Talent curation and promotion
• Events and community experiences (e.g., Vibe & Dine, screenings)
• Equipment, studio, and space rentals
• Creative support programs (including room & board initiatives)
• Membership-based access and content

Services may change or expand at any time.

3. Membership & Community

When you join Addlywood:

• You gain access to exclusive content, events, and opportunities
• You agree to participate respectfully within the community
• You understand that membership does not guarantee income or career outcomes

We reserve the right to approve or remove members at our discretion.

4. Payments

• All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
• Payment plans (e.g., Klarna) are handled by third-party providers
• Missed payments may result in suspended access to services or programs

5. Content & Creative Rights

• Content created through Royalty Network may be owned or licensed by Addlywood unless otherwise agreed
• We may use content for marketing, promotion, and portfolio purposes
• By participating, you grant permission to use your image, likeness, and creative contributions unless you opt out in writing

6. Talent Curation (Spread Love with Light)

• We provide exposure, support, and opportunities
• We do not guarantee placements, income, or career advancement
• Participation is based on alignment with mission and availability

7. Housing / Creative Support Programs

• Room & board offerings are support-based and not traditional tenancy agreements (unless stated)
• Participants must follow community standards
• Violations may result in removal without refund

8. Code of Conduct

All participants must:

• Act with respect and integrity
• Avoid harmful, disruptive, or discriminatory behavior
• Align with Addlywood’s mission of truth, love, and community upliftment

Failure to comply may result in removal from the ecosystem.

9. Liability Disclaimer

Addlywood is not responsible for:

• Loss of income or opportunities
• Injuries or damages during events or productions
• Issues caused by third-party platforms or services

Participation is at your own risk.

10. Intellectual Property

All Addlywood branding, content, and materials (including Royalty Network and Spread Love with Light) are protected by copyright law.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to services, memberships, or programs at any time if these Terms are violated.

12. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept those updates.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.

1. General Policy

All payments made to Addlywood LLC are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

2. Services

• Production, creative services, and consulting fees are non-refundable once work has begun
• Deposits secure time and are non-refundable

3. Memberships

• Membership fees are non-refundable
• Benefits remain active for the duration of the membership term

4. Events

• Event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Addlywood
• If canceled, you may receive:
   
  • A refund, or
  • Credit toward a future event

5. Rentals (Equipment / Studio / Space)

• No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of booking
• Damages or late returns may result in additional fees

6. Payment Plans

• Payment plans (Klarna or others) must still be completed per provider terms
• Addlywood is not responsible for third-party financing agreements

7. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted at Addlywood’s sole discretion in rare circumstances.
