Men Who Lead (MWL) is a brotherhood and mentorship initiative dedicated to cultivating grounded, disciplined, and purpose-driven men of the African Diaspora. It provides a structured space for men to learn, unlearn, and grow together—strengthening leadership, accountability, and character. Rooted in wisdom, unity, and responsibility, MWL supports men in stepping fully into their role as Negustoch—kings who lead themselves, their families, and their communities with integrity and vision.

Within the ADDLYWOOD ecosystem, Men Who Lead serves as a foundational pillar that develops strong male leadership behind and in front of creative work. By mentoring men of the African Diaspora who embody discipline, alignment, and righteous example, MWL ensures that ADDLYWOOD’s creative productions, collaborations, and community initiatives are supported by Negustoch who lead with clarity, stability, and purpose—strengthening culture, structure, and generational legacy.
